Alzi la mano chi non ha mai avuto una contravvenzione. Per divieto di sosta, per essere passato col rosso, per eccesso di zelo della polizia municipale, insomma chi non ha versato qualche euro, molto a malincuore, nella cassa comunali per aver infranto il codice della strada?
