Questa volta parliamo di incarichi professionali relativi alla istruttoria tecnico amministrativa delle pratiche di condono edilizio.
In sostanza le leggi 47/85, 724/94 e 326/03 impongono ai comuni la costituzione di commissioni a cui affidare le pratiche di condono edilizio. Pratiche che nel nostro comune sono ben 4.101.
