Ottavianesi, dove siete? Avete forse dimenticato i tragici anni 80 con il loro fetore, le esalazioni, i miasmi che dalla fungaia di Rione Trieste si spandevano, pervadendo le nostre narici, dalla ferrovia dello stato fino a piazza Municipio raggiungendo il culmine nelle sere d’estate?
