Cos’è una “Commissione di Accesso”?

La Commissione di accesso ha poteri investigativi e può chiedere anche l’arresto e nel termine di 90 giorni dovrà passare al setaccio l’attività amministrativa comunale.
Viene nominata dal Prefetto con una relazione che tiene anche conto di elementi acquisiti con i poteri delegati dal Ministro dell’Interno e dagli organi preposti al coordinamento della lotta [...]
